As ma operations professional, he enjoys ensuring that things run smoothly and creates operations strategies to keep his clients on track even after Arkinst’s work is done. He is a native Kiswahili and English speaker with an A1 French-speaking and writing level.

Michael Karigithu

Projects Manager (Consultant)

Management of Key Accounts consulting in Several Projects mostly in the Civil, Mechanical, Bio-Chemistry and Transport Sectors. He worked for several years in the UK, after completing of his BSc in Biochemistry (with Hons) & MSc in Genetic Manipulation & Molecular Cell Biology, which marked his first International Experience.

Since 2015 he has been working as a Business Consultant and has been involved in dozens of Consultancy Assignments in Several Sectors. In particular, he has Developed and Managed a few Innovation Projects in Kenya, essentially in the Civil and Electro-Mechanical Industry within the Transport, Agricultural & Energy Sectors. He initially started his career in Research & Development focused on the Lifesciences & Microbiology Sector for a number of Pharmaceutical & Medical Research Companies. He then moved back to Kenya in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in the Manufacturing Industry, for Coca-Cola Group (Costal Bottlers).

Solomon has over 20 years professional experience in over 30 countries, having worked in various industries including banking, FMCGs, oil and energy, specialized manufacturing and telecoms. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management, and a BSc. degree in Business Administration (Marketing & Finance).

He has expertise in the strategic planning process, strategy execution and evaluation, financial engineering, leading growth plans, C-level engagement, business development, strategic and trade marketing, sales, customer service, program management, initiative implementation, stakeholder management and government relations. He has led in coordination of organizational processes for optimal efficiency and productivity, process re-engineering, channel and customer segmentation, Retail - General and Modern Trade as well as B2C (Indirect) sales leadership and key account management in Africa and Europe, joint business planning, financial management on sales revenue, budgets, product margins and credit risk. He has also managed capital expenditure projects, investment plans and strategies and led the development and implementation of differentiated customer value propositions for Commercial, Indirect and Retail business units. Solomon is keen on new market entry, crisis management, organizational strategy, organization design and effectiveness, mergers & acquisitions, greenfield set up, management as a service, process optimization, route to market, training, brand development and communication.

She provides consultancy and management services for public and private customers, or within international due diligence & innovation projects. She is involved in projects developing innovative business models and defining appropriate strategies for exploitation and Transport management across East & Central Africa.

Audrey has over 10 years experience in logistics, C&F, Airfreight and Maritime management also specializes in heavy lift or out of gauge projects. She started her career in 2013 with Kenfreight East Africa for 4 years, thereafter moved to AMI Africa Ltd which changed to CEVA logistics, where she worked as commercial manager for both companies and finally becoming a Branch Manager in 2019 at CEVA logistics.

Dominic is an accounting professional with over twelve years of diverse industry experience in conducting, supervising, and completing internal and external audits. He is experienced in handling accounting and finance functions efficiently by demonstrating excellent project management skills.
